Bike Your Neighborhood

Bike Your Neighborhood (BYN) isn’t just a bike ride—it’s a community-powered movement. Founded in 2023, BYN brings people together through wellness, movement, and connection. Each month from June to September, we host free bike rides in different neighborhoods—Buckeye-Shaker, Larchmere, Ludlow, Mt. Pleasant, Woodland Hills, Kinsman, and Union-Miles. These fun, accessible rides welcome all ages and skill levels and we offer free bike rentals thanks to our generous sponsors. We believe every neighborhood deserves access to healthy, joyful, and inclusive recreation—and we're building that future one ride at a time.

Buckeye Trail Association - Crooked River Chapter

The Buckeye Trail Association builds, maintains, preserves, and promotes the use of the 1,400+ mile Buckeye Trail, Ohio's longest hiking trail, for our citizens, communities and partners. Since 1959, we have provided outdoor recreation, volunteer opportunities, education, economic benefits, and access to the natural and cultural resources of Ohio.

Through these volunteer events, attendees will learn about various topics, including the importance of native pollinators, plant care, reducing pollutants in our waterways, biodiversity, and more. Additionally, Stewards are kept in the loop of other activities, workshops, presentations, etc. related to sustainability.

Camp Hi Canoe and Kayak

Mosquito Lake State Park

Mosquito Lake is one of the largest lakes in Ohio with more than 7,000 acres of surface area. The surrounding parkland covers 2,483 acres of mature woodlands and expansive marshes which provide safe haven for wildlife. Boating and fishing may be two of the top outdoor activities here, but the park also offers hiking, horseback riding, and snowmobiling in winter.
