Our Mission

Keel-Haulers Canoe Club, Inc. is an organization of some 300 families from NE Ohio and surrounding states, with a shared interest in the outdoors and all kinds of boating, including white water, sea kayaking, canoeing, recreational kayaking, wilderness camping, rafting, and racing. Our purpose is to provide the framework to enjoy these activities together.

Program Details

For Beginners

KHCC offers pool sessions in winter and lake session in summer to help you learn basics of self-rescue. If you are not outfitted we may be able to help you borrow gear or find gear to use.

For Groups

Most of our meet ups are member led, casual meet ups to get on the water. There are some pre-scheduled trips (based on water availability), picnic camping weekends and festivals.
