For Beginners

How it works

You rent us, and we bring the sauna to you. Our wood-fired sauna seats 4-6 people and is secured into the bed of our truck. A set of stairs gets you up and in. No electricity is required to run the sauna itself, so we can set up almost anywhere a truck can reach, as long as the ground is flat and there are at least two parking spaces available. Battery powered, color-changing LED lights illuminate and set the vibe inside.

Want the full experience? We also bring a cold plunge with a chiller. This requires an on-site hose and electrical connection. A pop-up changing tent is available too, for privacy.

Rentals run anywhere from a few hours up to a full 24. For an additional fee we can stay on-site to monitor the sauna for you.

What to expect

Sauna is refreshingly simple, you just sit. We recommend the classic pattern: 20 minutes in the heat, a dip in the cold plunge, then a few minutes resting at a neutral temperature before you go again if you'd like. We keep a sand timer in the sauna so you always know exactly how long you've been in.

Our sauna runs between 170–200°F, so bring water and plan to drink plenty of it before, during, and after your session.

The heat-cold-rest cycle is a favorite for a reason — many people find it eases muscle soreness, boosts circulation, and leaves you with that deep, post-workout kind of relaxation. It's a great way to unwind after a long week or reset after a workout.

Wear whatever you're comfortable sweating in; bathing suits and athletic wear both work well. If you've booked the sauna for a private, personal-use session, you're welcome to go au naturel with towels down.

For Groups

We love groups, big or small, kids or adults, casual or special-occasion. And because we're a fully mobile sauna, we come to you rather than the other way around. Wherever your group is, a backyard, an office, a gym, a retreat center, a religious campus, a campsite, we set up right there, so there's no venue to book or travel to on your end.

The sauna comfortably seats 4-6 people, but guests naturally rotate in and out over the course of a session, so we can serve groups much larger than that in a single visit. This makes us a great fit for friend groups, school and scout groups, work teams, birthday parties, bachelorette parties, and more.

We don't have a fixed event space of our own to rent. We visit workplaces, gyms, retreat centers, and religious organizations, and we're glad to do the same for scout troops, birthday parties, and other one-off group gatherings, just reach out and we'll figure out the logistics together.

All we need on-site is electricity and a hose to run the cold plunge. The sauna itself is wood-fired and needs no power hookup at all, so it can go almost anywhere a truck can reach — even off-grid, if the cold plunge isn't part of the plan.

Yes, we absolutely love families, and we think it's one of the best ways to connect. A sauna creates a warm, cozy space where phones and distractions naturally fall away, and the shared experience of heat and cold plunge has a way of settling everyone down and opening up real conversation. It's a simple, meaningful way for families to slow down and be together.
