Program Details

For Beginners

No experience necessary! Join us for a forest bathing walk to experience nature's magic! We begin each event with all the introductory information people would need to know to be prepared, and there is ample opportunity to ask questions or adjust the experience as you see fit. A preparation guide is also emailed out before each forest bathing session. Find out more at discovherwellbeing.com/forest-bathing

For Groups

We provide 2-3hr forest bathing experiences for groups up to 20 people; we also provide Nature Connection Specialist certification workshops that are 16hr total time commitment for groups of up to 20 people. Both can be individual sign ups to join an existing session or from a request for a specific group/organization.

Location & Accessibility

Accessibility

Minors must be accompanied by an adult; we choose nature spaces that are accessible as possible but also allow for individual activity modification to meet various needs.
